Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • Production Time: 2-7 business days (we print on demand to ensure quality)
  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days within the US
  • Total Time: Expect your order in 5-14 business days from order date

During peak seasons (like Christmas), please allow a few extra days for processing and delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door. If you don't receive tracking information within 7 days, please contact us.

What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your ChillingwChrist apparel! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please choose carefully when purchasing discounted items.

How do I know what size to order?
